Supersets
You can now group 2 or more exercises into a superset. Exercises are visually grouped with a colored border and performed sequentially without rest between them.
Supports supersets (2 exercises), tri-sets (3), and giant sets (4+). Creating them is simple: select adjacent exercises and tap "Create superset".
Sections
Add named sections to your workout for logical grouping. Typical sections are warm-up, main work, cool-down, but you can name them anything.
Sections work in both workouts and templates. When starting a workout from a template, sections and supersets carry over completely.
Cross-platform
Supersets and sections are available on iOS, Web, and sync between platforms.
