Spodi 2.0 is live on the App Store. This post covers the 2.0-2.2 release family: no long list of minor changes, just three main things — workout details, sharing, and Premium mode with AI Coach and export.

Here is what changed, where to find it, and how to use it.

Workout Details

The workout screen is now a better place to train from: your plan, exercises, sets, notes, and context stay together while you are logging.

  1. Open a workout from the active session, history, or a template.
  2. Tap an exercise to open details: technique, animation, muscles, equipment, common mistakes, and alternatives.
  3. Stay in context: weights, reps, notes, and workout structure remain close to the set you are editing.

The point is simple: you do not have to leave the workout or search elsewhere to check technique. Everything opens from the place where you already log sets.

Sharing

You can share two different things: a completed workout and a template.

  • Completed workout: finish a workout → menu → Share. Choose a story sticker or a detailed card, pick a color, and send the image to any messenger.
  • Template: open a template → Share. Spodi creates a spodi.ru/t/... link. The recipient opens it, imports the template, and gets an independent copy with exercises, notes, sections, and supersets included.

Premium Mode and Premium Features

Premium in Spodi is for features that extend the basic workout log: they help you build a session faster or take your training data with you in a useful format.

AI Coach

AI Coach builds a workout around your history, goal, available equipment, and time. The result is not a vague tip — it is a card with exercises, sets, reps, and weights that you can accept and start as a normal workout.

  1. Set preferences: open ProfileAI Coach and choose your goal, experience, and equipment. You can also show or hide the AI button in the top bar.
  2. Generate a workout: tap the AI button on iOS, choose workout type — auto, full body, upper, legs, pull, or push — and duration: 30, 45, 60, 90, or 120 minutes.
  3. Review the card: tap an exercise to open details, tap the circular arrow to replace that exercise, tap X to skip the card, or tap the heart / swipe right to accept it.
  4. Start: after acceptance, Spodi creates a template, syncs it, and opens a new workout with the plan already filled in.

Export

Export is for taking your history with you in a useful format: CSV for spreadsheets, XLSX for Excel, or Markdown for agents, AI tools, personal notes, and training reviews.

  1. Open ProfileExport Data.
  2. Choose CSV, XLSX, or Markdown.
  3. When the file is ready, download it, share it through the system share sheet, or receive it by email.

AI Coach and export are part of Spodi Premium. Subscription is managed at spodi.ru/subscribe and applies to the whole account: iOS and web unlock access after sync.
