Hi! I'm Max, founder of Spodi.
Over 20 years in sports, 12 of them — regular gym training. Over that time, a clear picture formed of what a workout diary should be — one you actually want to use every day. That's how Spodi was born.
What we're building
Spodi is a convenient and reliable workout diary. It's about flexibility, clean interface, and technology that actually helps. Sometimes that means AI, sometimes it means software that just works — even in a basement gym where signal comes and goes.

- Instant set logging — weight, reps, done. Even offline.
- Workout templates — save a program once, start it with one tap.
- Auto-fill hints — gray values in fields show what you did last time.
- Supersets and sections — group exercises however you like.
- Stats and records — progress charts and personal records for every exercise.
